- Abstract
Discovery, collecting and preserving the traces is a particularly important issue in forensic science. These, if not properly revealed, collected and packed, can not be used by the expert who benefit from the improved methods for their examination. In this article will be shown some situations of correct and incorrect collecting and packaging of various samples and evidence, found in chemistry laboratories casuistry, and the influence on their capitalization by physical-chemical expertise; also, will be presented a study conducted to establish the optimal method of gunshot residues collecting for their conclusive examination in forensic chemistry laboratories.
