- Abstract
The article offers information on a medical case of a 55 year old man who was admitted in emergency department with one month of worsening dyspnea and angina pectoris. Medical history of the patient revealed hypertension and hyperlipidemia among several diseases. He said he is not a smoker or a heavy drinker and used celecoxib for knee pain. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed left ventricle hypertrophy and akinesis of apical septal segment. The diagnosis was ischemic cardiomyopathy secondary to spontaneous coronary artery dissection.
