- Abstract
The article presents a case note which aims to contextualize Belgian Constitutional Court's judgment concerning the primacy of the European Union (EU) law over national constitutions. Topics include a depiction of the judgment itself, an explanation of the Constitutional Court's case law applying the EU law, and the consequences of the judgment for the full effect and uniform application of EU law in Belgium.
