The article focuses on the immigration system of the U.S. and difference in its status during colonialism and under the U.S. Constitution. Topics discussed include laws for regulating the needs of reform in the immigration system, laws for providing justice to immigrant status of unregistered aliens in the U.S., and the race-neutral principles for the improvement of immigration system.
