- Abstract
In order to evaluate the heating property of electric heating clothing, six kinds of typical samples from market were chosen for testing. The electric heating elements were tested with infrared thermography and thermocouple method for their circuit diagram of electric heating element maximum temperature, coefficient of temperature variation and temperature differences and according to the daily washing requirements of clothing the sample was tested in water. The results show that parallel circuits and complex circuits with cross electrodes are mainly used in the 6 samples with different heating circuit designs. Tlie maximum temperature of 2 samples is greater than 50 £, exceeding the standard limit, the temperature variation coefficients of the 6 samples are all less than 10%, with the maximum temperature difference of 7. 5 °C and the minimum temperature difference of 1.4 °C. The surface temperature uniformity of the electrically heated fabric is better than that of other samples. After 20 times of washing test, the electric heating element based on the flexible fabric can not be damaged in appearance and can be heated, and has good washing performance. In view of the product quality problems in the experimentthe corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward, which can provide reference for the research and development and quality evaluation of electric heating clothing.
