- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old man with unremarkable past medical history with progressive onset of clinical features including binocular diplopia, distal paraesthesia involving upper and lower extremities, and unsteady gait. It mentions presence of characteristic triad of ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and deep tendon are flexia rapidly suggested diagnosis of Miller Fisher Syndrome (MFS). It also mentions electromyography (EMG) highlight sensory acute inflammatory polyneuropathy.
