- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an old man with history of mild left ventricular impairment and mitral valve repair who underwent implantation of cardiac resynchronisation treatment pacemaker. The patient reported experiencing shortness of breath on exertion while recent echocardiogram reavealed preserved function in left ventricle.
