- Abstract
The article discusses the world travels of American schoolteacher Mary Dwight Eaman with her cousin Mary A. Eaman on a travel package from 1912 to 1913. Comments in Mary Dwight Eamon's on letters and journals on nations including Japan, Egypt, and Italy are noted. Other topics include Mary Dwight Eaman's 1915 marriage to Haden H. Bright in Columbia, Missouri, the nature of the "Westward: Around the World Tour" by the travel firm H. W. Dunning & Company, and a visit to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France.
