- Abstract
The article present a case study of a 23-year-old woman presented to her physician for left forearm pain of insidious onset 2 weeks prior, inability to extend the wrist, and numbness in the dorsal hand. It mentions that the patient was prescribed duloxetine and ibuprofen for pain and referred to an occupational therapist; and also mentions the Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan showed a 4 x 5-cm mass at the spiral groove compressing the radial nerve.
