- Abstract
The article announces that the Howard League for Penal Reform (HLPR) received 2.6 million pounds from the Big Lottery Fund in Great Britain to establish UR Boss, a national programme of support for young people in custody. It mentions that the grant for HLPR is part of the Young People's Fund 2 (YPF2) National Grants programme. According to HLPR director Frances Cook, they are delighted to receive funding as part of the YPF2 and are committed to give support to the young people in custody.
