The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old woman with swallowing difficulties or dysphagia. It stresses that through gastroscopy, the patient depicted almost complete obstruction of the oesophagus at 35 centimeter. It states that the patient undergone surgery and the utilization of Merendino jejunal transposition was required to allow effective swallowing.
