- Abstract
The article discusses a brief history of collective bargaining rights in the U.S. and how the right-to-work concept came to be recognized at the national level. It further discusses right-to-work controversy and the right-to-work battle that took place in Missouri where, following the passage of a right-to- work law, the union movement furiously fought for its repeal and claims victory on August 7, 2018.
