- Abstract
The article focuses on the financial reforms from the legislations under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of the U.S. with reference to the book "Too Big To Fail: The Hazards of Bank Bailouts," by Ron Feldman and Gary H. Stern. The resolution plans of the systematically importance financial institutions (SIFI) are based on the Dodd-Frank legislations. Information on the impact of the closure of the SIFI on the financial institutions of the U.S. is also presented.
