- Title
US Meddles in Another Nation's Elections, Once Again.
- Authors
VICTOR, MARIA PAEZ
- Abstract
The article discusses the United States' ongoing interference in Venezuela's political affairs, particularly in relation to their elections. It highlights the USA's attempts to discredit Venezuela's elections and overthrow its government, despite the country being a sovereign nation with a history of frequent, free, and fair elections. The article criticizes the US for its desire to control Venezuela's vast oil reserves and its use of various tactics, such as coups, violence, and economic sanctions, which have failed to bring down the popular governments led by Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro. It also examines the role of Maria Corina Machado, a controversial opposition leader, and the US's continued attempts to undermine Venezuela's electoral process. The article emphasizes the negative impact of US sanctions on Venezuela's economy and the suffering of its people, while highlighting Maduro's leadership and the likelihood of his victory in the upcoming elections. It concludes by warning that the US's actions may lead to its own downfall and a potential military invasion of Venezuela, which would be detrimental to both countries.
