- Abstract
The article focuses on a nanosensor used for the transplanted-cell viability in vivo detection through the use of microenvironment hydrogen-ion concentration (pH) in cell death. It says that the nanosensor system allows the combination of functional signal of transplanted cells. It tackles several ways of evaluating transplanted-cell fate such as cell labeling with reporter genes, introduction of nanoparticles and molecular imaging agent use.
