- Title
COLLATERAL. REVIEW OF REMAND ORDERS: REASSERTING THE SUPERVISORY ROLE OF THE SUPREME COURT.
- Authors
PFANDER, JAMES E.
- Abstract
In this article, the author suggests a solution to the problem of appellate review of remand orders that draws on the insights of some of the judges of the U.S. Supreme Court. The author says that it has been argued by one of the judges that the current system fails to deploy appellate resources efficiently. The author says that one of the important changes that is required is that the Court should reinvigorate its established powers of supervision.
