The author comments on the study of Downey and Condron, to further broaden the relevant comparison of schooling with its alternatives towards the principally summer learning. The author stated the comparison between two inequalities of the variation in school settings which can be reduced by standardization, universalization and compulsion. Also suggest comparison in contrast with students and non-students due to the educational participation.
