- Abstract
The article presents a study on the link between specific molecular connectivity indices and mutagenicity, carcinogenicity, and teratogenicity of carbamate pesticides. The study has calculated zero-order molecular connectivity index and the second-order molecular connectivity index. Results showed that there was no relationship on mutagenic and carcinogenic activities of chemicals but carbaryl and benomyl have teratogenic activity connection with specific molecular connectivity indices.
