- Abstract
The seasonal changes in physico-chemical permameters of Kohragaddi Dam were studied during 2011-2014. The observations indicates that the Kohragaddi Dam was quite cool (0.8°C) in winter season (February), while water was more warm (36.5°C) in summer season (June) relative humidity varied from 20% to 90% (min-mac) were recorded in Oct and June, respectively. Transparency ranges from (23.5Cm to 139.0cm.) September and November, respectively. pH of water was in alkaline range between (7.0 to 8.4). Less fluctuation in pH were seen during winter. The possible factors responsible for changes in the physico-chemical parameters are discussed.
