- Abstract
As a knowledge creator, university professors, acting as principals of primary and secondary schools, are quite different from principals who are selected from front-line teachers at primary and secondary schools. The professor-titled principals, driven by their educational ideal, are pursuing to create an ideal country for their own dreams, rather than for some utilitarian purposes. They have transcended the boundary between ideal and reality. These professors, immersed in the campus atmosphere that advocates democracy and science, make the school management shining with more humanistic spirit, which can also be used in building school culture and improving management. Their professional knowledge has given a theoretical support to school reform, which not just helps them establish their authority, but also lays a solid theoretical foundation for the school management and reform, thus realizing the transformation from theory to reality, and from professor to principle, with the reasonable spirit and strategic approaches.
