- Abstract
The construction of volunteer teachers' emotional energy is hidden in the process of volunteer teaching, which provides a theoretical analysis framework for explaining the action strategies of volunteer teachers and revealing the effectiveness of volunteer teaching. Based on the interactive ritual chains theory, the social construction logic of the generation, accumulation and release of volunteer teachers' emotional energy has been analyzed, and finds that the power division of the supporting school situation and the status division of the receiving school situation contain the negative emotional energy of the volunteer teachers. The volunteer teachers adopt the action strategies of " submission" and " retreat" to adapt to the order of the " fore-ground" situation. In the " background" situation, the volunteer teachers actively colonize the action space, and adopt the strategy of " self-determination" to release negative emotional energy and compensate for positive emotional energy.
