- Abstract
As the leaders of school informatization development, education leaders ' informatization leadership plays a key role in improving teachers' informatization teaching ability and the construction of school informatization. With the development of educational informatization in the United States, American “National Educational Technology Standards for Leaders "(NETS·L) has had three versions. By applying content analysis method, NVivo12 Plus is used to qualitatively analyze the changes of the specific dimensions in the three versions. It finds the changes from technology first to plan first in the dimension of the vision and leadership, from technological support to technology enabling in the dimension of teaching and learning, from individual promotion to common development in the dimension of professional learning and practice, from micro management to macro design in the dimension of systematic design, from right equity to fact equity in the dimension of equity and citizenship. The evolution of American “ National Educational Technology Standards for Leaders " provides a reference for China to revise the educational technology ability standards for education leaders in the four aspects of the goals, ideas, strategies and results of the standard formulation.
