- Abstract
Mixing of man's sperms and woman's eggs in the tube without having sexual intercourse or extracting the sperm of man with the help of any device and inserting it into the womb of a woman is called Test Tube Baby. When the husband's sperms and his wife's eggs are obtained and brought them to fertility and production at an external place, it is valid as there is no any evil in it. To take the husband's sperms and put it at a suitable place into the womb of his wife is also valid as the sperm is of husband whereas the eggs are of wife and in this situation only the husband's sperms will be taken and inserted into the womb of his wife. Its old form is found and the Islamic jurisprudists allow it. The sperm of husband and the egg of another woman who is not his wife is mixed for fertility and then put it into the womb of that husband's wife or the sperms of another man apart from the husband and the eggs of the wife is injected into the womb after its fertility it is not valid because in these two cases the man whose sperms are being taken and the woman whose eggs are being taken are not married and marriage has been declared the basis of breeding by Islam. The sperms of husband and the egg of wife is brought to fertility at any other external place and injected into the womb of any other third woman who is volunteering for pregnancy is not allowed, because the woman whose womb is being used will cause mixing of NASAB and Islam has ordered to ptotect it. The sperm of a stranger man and the egg of a stranger woman are taken and injected into the womb of a man wife it is not allowed as the man and the woman whose sperms and eggs are being taken there is no marriage between them and Islam has termed it conditionally to acquire children. After the fertility of the sperms of husband and eggs of wife the substance is injected into the womb of another wife of the same husband it is not valid as it is certainly a mixture up of NASAB so it is not allowed. In the light of above given arguments it is crystal clear that the arguments given by Islamic Fiqh Complex Makkah International Islamic Fiqh Academy Jeddah are closed to reality.
