- Abstract
It is suggested to use antireflection diffraction gratings for introducing light into the active regions of optoelectronic devices. The dependence of the diffraction efficiency on the grating groove depth, which controls the reflection from the optical surface and forms the diffraction order in the material, has been numerically modeled.
