The article focuses on reevaluating the conventional notion of intrinsic value through the lens of uniqueness, examining its role in value assessment. Topics include the distinction between qualitative uniqueness and unreinstantiable uniqueness, and how they relate to intrinsic and irreplaceable value respectively, using examples such as rare stamps, coins, and cultural artifacts to illustrate the complexities of uniqueness and its impact on value.
