- Abstract
In order to solve the problem that live test can not be conducted and test precision is lower with the traditional measurement method, the movable contact motion recognition and modification method for multi-objective trajectory are expounded. Taking the displacement of the fixed part of the circuit breaker ontology in the image sequence captured by the high speed camera as the reference standard, the ontology displacement or error caused by vibration are modified by the inter-frame motion coordinate difference, the defective data in the recognition result are eliminated by the rotation angle difference between adjacent frames, and the recognition results of multiple moving objectives are weighted by the target matching similarity. Also, the identification experiment on trajectory of ZN65-12 circuit breaker opening is carried out. The experimental results show that the multi-objective modification method for circuit breaker contact trajectory can effectively correct the displacement of the circuit breaker ontology or the error caused by vibration, which is helpful to obtain the accurate moving coordinate of the movable contact, so as to improve the test precision of the mechanical property parameter.
