- Abstract
The article affirms the zero tolerance policy of the nonprofit Royal Australasian College of Surgeons against bullying and harassment. The author cites a survey conducted by professor Prim Rashid and his colleague R. Arianayagam which indicates that 88% of the surveyed urology trainees have experienced bullying. He also emphasizes the obligation of surgeons to protect their patients, colleagues and trainees from bullying.
