- Abstract
The article discusses several issues related to international registration regulation of sub-orbital private commercial manned spaceflight under the space law. It informs that such spaceflights necessitate man-ratings for re-entry and business plans to be used in a safe and commercially feasible manner. It highlights several issues encountered by the U.S. states when Virgin Galactic LLC, sub-orbital spaceflights provider, has announced plans to use SpaceshipTwo technology.
