- Authors
McDonald, Tein
- Abstract
The article is an interview with Professor Hugh Possingham, an Australian Research Council Fellow. Speaking about the Australian environmental managers, Hugh suggests that a professional master's program in conservation science for 1 or 2 years can help the researchers and the managers to solve conservation problems. Hugh opines that a good conservation scientist and manager should have a sound knowledge of biology and also mathematics, economics, informatics and the social sciences.
