- Abstract
This paper gives us a glimpse of the higher education scene in Malaysia especially from its historical perspective. The rather even distribution of university campuses in Malaysia is meant to cater for the need of Malaysians nationwide. The recent influx of foreign students to Malaysian campuses lends heterogeneity to the campus scene. Many are drawn here because of a conducive learning environment and lower costs
