The article presents a case study of a man suffering from Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Initially he was treated with oral penicillin as he was suspected to have Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF). After the diagnosis of SLE was done, he was treated with hydroxychloroquine and his blood counts remained stable. His chorea was treated completely and valproic acid was discontinued.
