- Abstract
The article presents a case study of disseminated tuberculosis presenting with whitloe of the thumb in a 74-year-old woman with autoimmune thyroiditis treated with L-thyroxin. She received a standard anti-tuberculosis treatment that includes isoniazid, rifampicin and ethambutol. The article discusses the diagnosis of disseminated tuberculosis that was established through the association of Pott's disease, a pulmonary miliary and a phlegmon of the flexor sheath of the thumb.
