- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which examines macrophage markers as well as dendritic cell (DC)-specific markers and their functional markers using immunohistochemical (IHC) staining of lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) type A and primary cutaneous anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (PCALCL) specimens. Topics discussed include the profiles of tumour-associated macrophages (TAMs) and the TissueFAXS analysis done to quantify CD 163+ cells and CD206+ cells in lesional skin.
