- Abstract
The article explores the heritage tourism and the Internet which impact the business language, culture, and community in Latvia. According to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, cultural tourism involves traveling to experience the places, artifacts, and activities that authentically represent the stories and the people of the past and present. It investigates the reasons why heritage tourists in the U.S. go to Latvia to study their cultural heritage. It explores the key Web sites that Latvian heritage tourist can use to investigate their ancestral homeland and look at how popular heritage tourism-related words are in the Internet in Latvian and other languages.
