- Abstract
This article discusses a study published in Oncology Research that explores the role of APOBEC3B in muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) and its potential as a target for treatment. The study found that higher expression of APOBEC3B was associated with increased sensitivity to cisplatin when ATR was inhibited. The study suggests that ATR inhibitors may be an effective treatment option for MIBC patients with high APOBEC3B expression. The article also includes a list of references related to the treatment of metastatic urothelial carcinoma, providing valuable information for researchers and healthcare professionals studying and treating this type of cancer.
