- Abstract
The article presents a banding activity report from the Wehle MAPS Banding Station in Alabama. This update includes banding data from 2011-2012 and a brief background of the station's operations at the Wehle Forever Wild Nature Preserve. The article cites that a total of 57 banding sessions have been conducted or the equivalent of 3,369 net-hours for 38 species since 2006. Listed among the top 10 banded birds from 2006-2012 are the Carolina Wren, Hooded Warbler, and Acadian Flycatcher.
