The article offers information on the role of the Ohio Courts in the adjudgement of policies related to the public charter school movement in Ohio. Topics discussed include the federal aid to U.S. public schools, decision of the Supreme Court of Ohio in the State ex rel. Ohio Congress of Parents and Teachers v. State Board of Education and the support of Ohio General Assembly in the enhancement of the education system in Ohio.
