- Abstract
The article presents insights into rise in the U.S. maritime commerce opportunities by rejuvenating private and public sector partnerships, with special focus on short sea shipping and Arctic Ocean shipping. The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) promulgates that domestic rejuvenation of maritime industry and development of American's Marine Highway (AMH) lead to environmental and economical stability. Rejuvenation aided in fuel efficiency, improved air quality, and homeland security.
