- Abstract
The article discusses the study that determined current level of satisfaction among pharmacy residents in programs accredited by American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and compared the results with "Satisfaction among residents in ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency programs" survey. Findings discussed include nearly identical scores for all statements to those used in the 1996 study, and decrease in odds of satisfaction for each additional year of age of resident.
