- Abstract
The article presents views of philisophers Gilles Deleuze and Virginia Woolf on writing. It states that according to Virginia Woolf, writer does not speak about writing but is concerned with becoming something else. It mentions about several books of Deleuze in which he has commented about the writings of Woolf including "A Thousand Plateaus", "What is Philosophy" and "Dialogues." It presents several essays by several scholars that consider the relation between Deleuze, Woolf and modernism.
