- Abstract
The article discusses how the U.S. Department of the Interior can promote both domestic seafood production and offshore wind energy projects through self-binding administrative procedures. Also cited are the industries supporting ocean-centered jobs and income in the country like shipping, tourism, energy, and national defense, and the uncertainties about the commercial fishing industry due to factors like climate change.
