- Abstract
The article explores the political experience of the United States in elaboration of constitution. The purpose of this article is to study the experience of constitutional construction. To achieve this goal, the author studied the political processes that accompany the development of constitutions in the United States. To work on the chosen topic, the chronological method was used, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, a system approach. The development of leading ideas on the development of constitutions in the scientific foreign and domestic literature is studied. The conditions under which the first constitution in the world was developed were analyzed; factors that contributed to the success of this process. From the standpoint of the synergetic methodology, it is proved that the Americans managed to achieve a powerful synergistic effect when developing the constitution, which made it possible to create serious foundations for the development of collective life in the country. It substantiates the idea that sociopolitical instability in American society arose because the region in which this community of people lived faced a choice of its future, as a result of the dissatisfaction with the needs of political actors. The founders of the US Constitution tried to find a compromise between their own interests, as representatives of the elite and the interests of the broad masses of the population. It is concluded that the US experience is important and instructive for countries such as Ukraine, which so far have not been able to create a successful political system and solve the pressing problems of permanent transitivity from post-communist society.
