Editorial. Comments on the involvement of Canada in efforts to curb the AIDS epidemic in Africa. View that Africa is living and dying through the most devastating epidemic in human history; View that poverty, malnutrition, war and human displacement, and other factors are responsible for the devastation of Africa by the disease; View that rich countries of the world neglected Africa, and view that Canada must endorse the Abuja Declaration, which would provide money toward controlling and ending the epidemic.
