- Abstract
The article focuses on a research on radical-scavenging activity during development of pear fruits (Pyrus pyrifolia). Topics discussed include presence of phenolic antioxidants like hydroxycinnamoylmalic acids and phenolic compounds in pears, enhancing utility of immature pear by isolating malaxinic acid (MA), and detection of Tocopherol, phenolic compound and Arbutin during fruit development.
