- Abstract
The article presents studies which measure empathic ability of employees. The studies employ the Dymond scales which measures the empathic ability and the Empathy Test. Results reveal that the empathy test may be employed in prediction and selection of union leaders with potentials. Results also indicate that supervisors unable to predict responses of high morale subordinates with more success. Moreover, it adds that the Empathy Test and Dymond test measure two different aspect of the empathic ability.
