- Title
1987 R/M Studies Planned by RADC.
- Abstract
The U.S. Air Force Rome Air Development Center, has planned to conduct the following reliability and maintainability studies in 1987. Reliability Analysis/Assessment of Advanced Technologies program will develop reliability analysis methods for advanced technologies such as surface mounted devices, high density mass storage devices, high power microwave transistors and wafer scale integrated circuits. Current techniques for such state-of-the-art devices as very large scale integration random access memories, programmable read only memories, logic arrays, gallium arsenide devices and hybrid microcircuits will be improved.
