- Abstract
The literature reports that more than 280 compounds, including terpenoids, flavonoids, lignans, phenols, and some other compounds, have been isolated from the genus I Pinus i [4-7]. It is worth noting that all the seven compounds ( B 1-7 b ) were isolated here for the first time from I P. pumila i , while compounds B 3-7 b have never been reported from the genus I Pinus i previously. The CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb extract (51.47 g) was subjected to column chromatography on silica gel (mesh 100-200) and eluted with a gradient CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -MeOH system (1:0, 100:1, 50:1, 25:1, 10:1, 5:1, 1:1, 0:1) to give eight fractions A-H. Fraction A (1.84 g) was further applied to a silica gel (mesh 200-300) column with petroleum ether-CHCl SB 3 sb (5:1->1:1) as eluents to yield compounds B 1 b (28.0 mg) and B 2 b (24.00 mg). Fraction E was also loaded on a silica gel column with petroleum ether-acetone (10:1->2:1) as mobile solvent to yield compounds B 6 b (17.4 mg) and B 7 b (35.8 mg).
