- Abstract
The deformation of the oil chamber of the hydrostatic turntable will reduce the bearing capacity of the hydrostatic turntable, and the layout of the bottom support points has a significant impact on the deformation of the oil chamber and the strain of the bottom support points. In order to improve the working capacity of the hydrostatic pressure turntable, a method was proposed for reconfiguring the bottom support layout of the hydrostatic pressure turntable based on fluid-solid coupling. The fluid-solid coupling model of the hydrostatic pressure turntable was established. Then based on the finite element method, the deformation of the oil chamber and the strain at the bottom support point of the hydrostatic pressure turntable under the rated load were obtained. MATLAB was used to fit the influence law of the radius and spacing of the bottom support points on the deformation and strain, and the optimal parameters of the bottom support layout was obtained. Finally, the bottom layout of the hydrostatic pressure turntable was reconstructed, and its reliability was verified through experiments. The results show that the deformation of the oil chamber is reduced by about 19. 25% after reconstruction, and the strain at the bottom support point is reduced by about 29. 80%.
