- Abstract
This paper studies the 5~20 mm crushed stone gradation based on self-compacting concrete, subsequently, different grades of sand were designed, and the concrete properties of different amounts of cementitious materials were evaluated. The results show that the gravel gradation greatly affects the working performance and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete. When the gradation is 25% (4.75~9.5 mm), 45% (9.5~16.0 mm), 30% (16.0~19.0 mm), self-compacting concrete has the best working and mechanical properties. When preparing self-compacting concrete with different amounts of cementitious materials, in order to make the concrete have better working performance, the sand gradation should be adjusted accordingly while the cementitious materials are reduced, and the sand content should be appropriately increased to 0~0.3 mm particle content. When the total rubber material is 500 kg/m³, 400 kg/m³ and 300 kg/m³, the content of 0~0.3 mm particles in the sand should be about 20%, 20%~30%, and 25%~30%, respectively.
