- Abstract
Some fly ash is introduced into the magnesium phosphate cement-polybenzene particle insulation board to reduce its preparation cost and the performance of the prepared insulation board is studied. The results showed that when the fly ash content increases from 0 to 45% the thermal conductivity of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particle insulation board decreases from 0.095 W/m•K to 0.075 W/m•K and the softening coefficient increases from 0.83 to 0.97 improving its thermal insulation and waterproof performance. In addition the introduction of fly ash reduces the number of holes in the insulation board of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particles which is one of the reasons for the reduction of thermal conductivity of the insulation board of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particles.
